By managing small, local and sustainable apiaries, their quality honey and honey-goods are a product passionate and thoughtful beekeeping.

In 2016, Peter and Margaret Gatehouse created Hilltop Hives out of their passion for beekeeping and value for an important resource to the environment's ecosystem.

Their boutique range of honey is big on flavour, with distinct notes that offer a piece of South Gippsland in a jar!
